February was filled with love, laughter, and community at Chick-fil-A Southaven! From surprise deliveries to sweet treats and creative fun, our Valentine’s celebrations were some of our favorite moments of the year. Here’s a recap of all the heartwarming events we shared with our guests.
Spreading Smiles with Valentine Cow Grams
We kicked off the season of love with our annual Valentine Cow Grams — and they did not disappoint!
Our beloved Chick-fil-A Cow hit the road delivering smiles (and delicious surprises) all around Southaven. Each Cow Gram included a thoughtfully prepared Valentine treat, hand-delivered by the Cow himself. Whether it was for a spouse, best friend, teacher, coworker, or neighbor, these surprise visits created unforgettable moments.
There’s nothing quite like opening the door to see the Chick-fil-A Cow standing there ready to spread joy! The hugs, laughter, and even a few happy tears reminded us why we love being part of this community.
A Sweet Valentine’s Day Paint Party
On Valentine’s Day, we invited guests to celebrate with us in a creative and delicious way at our special in-store paint event.

Time to gather with friends, family, and fellow community members
The dining room was filled with creativity as guests customized their door hangers with festive colors, sweet messages, and plenty of personality. From beginners to seasoned crafters, everyone left with a handmade decoration and a full heart (and stomach!).
The heart-shaped biscuits were a guest favorite — because nothing says Valentine’s Day like a warm biscuit made with love.
Grateful for Our Community
Every event we host is about more than just food — it’s about connection. Seeing families laugh together, friends celebrate one another, and our Cow bring joy across the city is what makes these moments so special.
