Santa Cow’s Workshop: A Holiday Tradition That Keeps Growing

The holiday season at Chick-fil-A Southaven is always special, but Santa Cow’s Workshop continues to be one of our most meaningful and anticipated events of the year. This year marked our third annual Santa Cow Workshop, and once again, our restaurant was filled with families, laughter, and the true spirit of the season.

Families from across our community joined us as children “shopped” in Santa Cow’s Workshop, using the tickets they earned during our November and December Kids Nights. It was a joy to watch kids carefully choose gifts for their parents, siblings, and loved ones—learning the value of giving while having a memorable, hands-on experience. Santa Cow made plenty of appearances, spreading cheer, posing for photos, and making every child feel special.

What makes this event so impactful is not just the holiday fun, but the sense of connection it creates. Parents shared how meaningful it was to see their children excited to give rather than receive, and many expressed how much they appreciate this event becoming a tradition their family looks forward to each year.

The feedback from this year’s workshop has been incredible. Families told us how well organized, thoughtful, and heartwarming the experience was—and hearing that reaffirmed why we continue to host events like this. Watching the workshop grow over the past three years has been truly rewarding, and it’s a reflection of the amazing community we serve.
